Candles

Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Allow your first burn to run for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. After the maximum recommended burn time, let it cool and trim the wick.

To get the most out of your candle, keep the wick trimmed to 5mm and when possible, allow the melt pool to reach the sides of the pot before you blow the candle out.

Candle Safety Warning

To prevent fires and injury, never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn candles out of reach from children, pets and draughts. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Always leave at least 10cm between lit candles.

Wax Melt Safety Warning

To prevent risk of injury, only use in a tea light burner or electrical warmer approved for wax melts. Remove packaging and follow instructions provided with your burner. Never leave unattended. Keep out of reach from children and pets.

Moulds Safety Warning

To prevent fires and risk of injury, never leave unattended. Always burn candle moulds out of reach from children, pets and draughts. do not burn candle moulds on or near anything that can catch fire.

Place candle mould on a heat resistant plate before use.

Delivery

UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – £4.50 (Free for orders over £40)

UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5.50

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Our standard processing times are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders received after this time period will be processed the next working day.

We take care of every package with caution and ensure all handling instructions are followed step by step, so you can get your purchase on time and in excellent conditions.

Returns

We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the right product ordered. Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen and we are keen to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. Please email our customer care team at enquiries@smoothambiance.co.uk.
Please, state or include the following information: name, email address, order number, product code and reason for return. Then let us know whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement.

Refund, exchange or replacement are processed when we receive the product back.

We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. Please ensure that all items being returned are complete, unopened and resealable with original packaging, and are securely sent.

We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items that are received in a resealable condition within 14 working days of purchase. No refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items. Please send items by Royal Mail, either 1st or 2nd class, retaining proof of postage.

Refunds will always be processed by the original payment method.
